We currently ship only within the United States.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Processing days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders over $40 USD → Free Standard Shipping
  • Orders under $40 USD → Flat Rate Shipping Fee of $8 USD

All shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time: 7–15 business days after shipment

We will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged package and item

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability or warehouse logistics.
